  "abstract" : [ "ger: In der Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft konzentrieren sich das Marketinginteresse und damit auch die Marketingforschung im Wesentlichen auf klassische Qualitätsprodukte wie Fleisch oder Bioprodukte sowie auf Nahrungsmittel zum unmittelbaren Konsum. Dies trifft bei der Vermarktung von Getreide aus klassischer Sichtweise nicht zu. Vielmehr entzieht sich das Getreide nach verbreitetem Verständnis im Sektor sogar den Möglichkeiten eines gezielten produktbezogenen Marketings. Allerdings wird diese Ansicht auf Grund verschiedener Entwicklungen herausgefordert. Die zunehmenden Anforderungen an Qualität und Lebensmittelsicherheit durch die Verbraucher haben Auswirkungen bis hin zur landwirtschaftlichen Produktion und den nachfolgenden Stufen des Handels und der Verarbeitung. Neue Möglichkeiten der vertikalen Zusammenarbeit in der Erfassung, Dokumentation, Darstellung und Kommunikation von Qualität sowie der nachvollziehbaren räumlichen Eingrenzung von Getreideherkünften eröffnen jedoch neue Formen eines Erfolg versprechenden Getreidemarketings mit regionalem Bezug. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht Ansatzpunkte für ein regionales Getreidemarketing auf der Grundlage von Erfolgsfaktoren, die den neuen Möglichkeiten der Vermarktung gerecht werden. Der Ansatz greift auf eine vertikale Getreidevermarktung zurück, die auf die Stufen Handel und Vermahlung fokussiert. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Kombination von Garantien durch den Anbieter, Nachvollziehbarkeit durch den Kunden und regionale Identifikation als Vertrauen stiftendes Element. Die Vielzahl von Anforderungen, aus denen sich Erfolgsfaktoren für eine vertikale Getreidevermarktung verdichten lassen, kann zu folgenden Informationsclustern zusammenfasst werden: Verarbeitungsqualität, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Logistik.
