  "abstract" : [ "ger: Mit der Novellierung des Erneuerbare-Energien-Gesetzes im Jahr 2004 wird der Einsatz von nachwachsenden Rohstoffen in Biogasanlagen gefördert. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Anlagenbetreiber in viehlosen Ackerbauregionen auch weiterhin auf den Erwerbszweig „Energiewirtschaft“ umstellen und ihre Biogasanlage überwiegend mit pflanzlichen Materialien beschicken. Die Vergärung von nachwachsenden Rohstoffen ohne Zugabe der prozessstabilisierend wirkenden Gülle stellt besonders hohe Anforderungen an die Verfahrenstechnik und die biologische Stabilität der Biogasanlage. Ein Ausfall der Anlagen ist jeweils mit großen finanziellen Einbußen verbunden, da ein längerer Zeitraum erforderlich ist, bis die Anlagen wieder konstant den angestrebten Gasertrag liefern. Das Gesamtziel des Projekts ist die Charakterisierung und Optimierung von Biogasanlagen zur Nassvergärung ausgewählter nachwachsender Rohstoffe ohne Flüssigmisteinsatz in typischen Ackerbauregionen. Untersuchungen zur Bilanzierung der Stoffströme und Gaserträge sollen der Prozessoptimierung dienen. Die Ergebnisse sollen als Grundlage für Beratungsempfehlungen in der Praxis verwendbar sein. Folgende Teilziele lassen sich hieraus ableiten: - Nachweis der Wirtschaftlichkeit dieses Anlagentyps mit Hilfe von Langzeit- Begleituntersuchungen zur Erfassung aller relevanten Kenndaten; - Einschätzung der Prozessstabilität im Vergleich zu konventionellen Biogasanlagen; - Laborversuche und Analyse der Substrate zur Abschätzung der Potenzialreserven; - Erarbeitung einer Schwachstellenanalyse in der gesamten Prozesskette. Für die wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen wurden nach einer ausführlichen Literaturrecherche und Methodenerarbeitung zwei Praxisanlagen ausgewählt. Anlage A wurde im Mai 2006 in Betrieb genommen, verfügt über eine installierte Leistung von 835 kWel und wird mit Silomais [40 t/d], CCM [1,4 t/d] und Hähnchenmist ..." ],
