  "abstract" : [ "In den letzten Jahren hat sich im Schienengüterverkehrsmarkt einiges getan. Vor allem durch die Schließung zahlreicher Güterverkehrsstellen infolge der Strategie Mora C (2001 bis 2002) der ehemaligen DB Cargo AG ist die Zukunft des Einzelwagenverkehrs nicht gesichert. Hinzu kommt die Tatsache, dass viele Logistik- und Versandleiter sowie Einkaufsabteilungen in Industrie- und Handelsunternehmen (Verlader) mit dem Thema Schienengüterverkehr wenig vertraut sind. Der Verkehrsträger Straße unterliegt einer neuen Wettbewerbssituation durch die seit Januar 2005 eingeführte Lkw-Maut, das seit Mai 2006 eingeführte System der digitalen Tachografen, die seit April 2007 neu geregelte Lenk- und Ruhezeitenverordnung und die EU-Richtlinie für Höchstwerte der Feinstaubbelastung, die eine zunehmende Einschränkung des Lkw-Verkehrs in Ballungsräumen bewirkt. Dadurch werden die Verlader zwar angeregt, stärker über alternative Logistikkonzepte nachzudenken, um die Abhängigkeit vom Lkw zu verringern. Jedoch bestehen noch große Informationsdefizite hinsichtlich des Schienengüterverkehrs in zwei Bereichen. Zum einen benötigen die Verlader Informationen im Hinblick auf die Vorgehensweise bei der Durchführung von schienengebundenen Güterverkehrstransporten. Zum anderen ist das bereits bestehende Zugangebot der Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen (EVU) häufig nicht bekannt. Dies betrifft vor allem die Streckennetze und Zugsysteme für den Einzelwagenverkehr." ],
