  "abstract" : [ "Der Hof der Familie Schulte-Tigges in Dortmund-Derne war einst ein großer landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb. Elmar Schulte-Tigges hat den Hof übernommen und betreibt darauf eine alternative, gemeinschaftlich getragene Form der Landwirtschaft: Solidarische Landwirtschaft (SoLaWi). Für ihn ist die SoLaWi ein wichtiges Zukunftsmodell im Agrarbereich. Sie bietet einen wirksamen Weg Lebensmittel zu auskömmlichen Bedingungen qualitätsorientiert und selbstbestimmt zu erzeugen und gleichzeitig Natur und Ressourcen zu schützen. Zudem machte Schulte-Tigges eine Ausbildung zum Bauernhofpädagogen und hat seinen Betrieb zum Lernbauernhof ausgebaut. Damit fördert er die frühkindliche Nachhaltigkeitsbildung." ],
