  "abstract" : [ "Das Projekt ChanceMINT.NRW ermöglicht Einblicke in die berufliche Praxis, bereitet auf den beruflichen Einstieg vor und motiviert, selbstbewusst den Studienverlauf zu gestalten. Gemeinsam mit Partner*innen aus der Wirtschaft besuchen engagierte Studentinnen Großbaustellen, Kläranlagen, Planungsbüros und sprechen mit Expert*innen aus den Partnerunternehmen über Hürden, Erfolge und berufliche Herausforderungen. Das vorhandene Potenzial zukünftiger Fachkräfte zu fördern, das ist ein erklärtes Ziel für das Karriereentwicklungsprogramm „ChanceMINT.NRW“. Durch den Aufbau von Kontakten mit potentiellen Arbeitgebern erhalten Studentinnen berufspraktische Orientierungen, die Studienmotivation wird gestärkt, Studienabbrüche verringert. Das Programm basiert auf drei Bausteinen: Praxisphasen, berufsorientierten Kompetenztrainings und Netzwerkaufbau. Die Besonderheit ist, dass in der mittleren Phase des Studiums angesetzt wird. Das Projekt wird vom NRW-Landesministerium für Gesundheit, Emanzipation, Pflege und Alter (MGEPA) gefördert.Zusammen mit Vertreter*innen aus Hochschule, Unternehmen und Verbänden werden Konzepte für eine optimierte Studium-Praxis-Verknüpfung entwickelt. Die Partner geben Einblicke in Unternehmen, vermitteln Mentor*innen, erarbeiten Bachelor-Praxis-Themen und berichten über Berufsfelder. Partner sind u.a. Siemens, ThyssenKrupp und das Fraunhoferinstitut.Das Buch bildet den Abschluss der Pilotphasen und versteht sich als Praxisbuch, in dem Programme zur Förderung von MINT-Studentinnen thematisiert und Modelle der Theorie-Praxisverknüpfung reflektiert werden. Ziel ist es, Einblicke in situative Lebenswelten der Studentinnen zu eröffnen und zu beschreiben, wie einzelne Programme an Wendepunkten im Studium ansetzen können. Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte der Publikation sind typische und relevante Situationen in Studienverläufen, Anknüpfungspunkte für die Karriereentwicklung, Wirkmechanismen möglicher Interventionen und Programmelemente, Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen aus den unterschiedlichen Perspektiven von Expert*innen aus der Hochschul-, Frauen- und Geschlechterforschung, aus der Programm- und Konzeptentwicklung für Studium, Lehre und Karriereförderung und der beruflichen Praxis." ],
