  "abstract" : [ "In den vergangenen Jahrzehnten haben sich hochschulinterne Qualitätsmanagementsysteme professionalisiert und ausdifferenziert. Rückmeldungen der Absolventinnen und Absolventen einer Hochschule in Befragungen werden dabei zunehmend in Qualitätssicherungsverfahren eingesetzt, um deren Perspektive für die Einschätzung der Qualitätsziele im Bereich Studium und Lehre nutzen zu können. Wie aber werden diese Daten erhoben, wie werden sie in die Qualitätsprozesse an Hochschulen eingebunden, welche Formen der Rückmeldung erwiesen sich als hilfreich?Die Beiträge zeigen, wie Universitäten und Hochschulen für angewandte Wissenschaften in Deutschland und Österreich tragfähige Wege entwickelt haben, produktiv und erfolgreich mit diesen Rückmeldungen zu arbeiten. In elf Best-Practice-Beispielen wird dargestellt, wie die Ergebnisse von Absolventenstudien in die Qualitätssicherung bzw. das Qualitätsmanagement der unterschiedlichen Hochschulen integriert werden konnten, um die Qualität von Studium und Lehre nachhaltig zu verbessern." ],
