  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: In Nordrhein-Westfalen erlaubt das Landesplanungsrecht zurzeit noch unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen die Aufstellung regionaler Flächennutzungspläne, die landes- und bauleitplanerische Elemente in einem Planwerk zusammenführen. Eine entsprechende gesetzliche Regelung trifft § 25 LPlG NW; darüber hinaus wurde eine ergänzende „Verordnung zu Regionalen Flächennutzungsplänen (RFNP-VO)“ erlassen. Diese lan-desrechtlichen Vorschriften, die noch auf § 9 Abs. 6 ROG a. F. als Rahmenrecht basieren, werden in dem Beitrag näher erläutert und hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf die nordrhein-westfälische Regionalplanung untersucht. Schließlich wird kurz die Zukunft dieses Planungsinstruments in Nordrhein-Westfalen beleuchtet" ],
