  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: Auf der Grundlage einer früheren Untersuchung des Autors über Sauerländer Wanderhändler soll dargelegt werden, wie das \"Fremdsein\" der Hausierer in ihren Wandergebieten zur Ausprägung einer eigenen Kultur geführt hat und desweitern, welche Möglichkeiten bestehen, Fremdheit als kulturellen Faktor aus wissenschaftlich- analytischer Sicht zu erfassen. Es wird geschildert, daß die Wanderhändler sich bestimmte Verhaltensstandards aneigneten, die sie als Fremde auswiesen und eine Distanz zu den potentiellen Käufern schaffen sollten. Gleichzeitig bedingte die Bindungslosigkeit in den Verkaufsgebieten eine Konzentration auf ökonomisch-rationales Verhalten. Dies führte zu einer ebenso rein ökonomisch geleiteten Wahrnehmung des fremden Raumes. Die Analyse solcher Verhaltensstandards wird als Möglichkeit angesehen. \"Fremdheit\" und \"Nähe\" als gesellschaftliche Faktoren wissenschaftlich zu erfassen. (HS)" ],
