  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: \"Die Status-quo-Untersuchung zu Umfang und Struktur der der Hilfen in Wohnungsnotfällen im Kreis Minden-Lübbecke ist Bestandteil eines größeren Vorhabens, mit dem der Versuch unternommen werden soll, die Lage von Wohnungsnotfällen und Menschen in anderen Krisensituationen bzw. in besonderen sozialen Schwierigkeiten in der Region zu verbessern. Darüber hinaus soll mit dem Vorhaben modellhaft erprobt werden, wie sich unter den Rahmenbedingungen des ländlichen Raums bzw. innerhalb eines Flächenkreises sozialintegrative Hilfen entwickeln und praktizieren lassen. Damit soll ein Beitrag erfolgen, etablierte und erfolgreiche Konzepte – wie etwa die für größere Städte entwickelten Fachstellen zur Vermeidung und Behebung von Wohnungslosigkeit – auch für den ländlichen Raum nutzbar zu machen.
