  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: Im Projekt 'Neue Selbstständigkeit für Ältere' sollte älteren (Langzeit-)Arbeitslosen die Chance gegeben werden, sich im Hinblick auf eine zukünftige wirtschaftliche Selbstständigkeit vorzubereiten. Um eine passgenaue Maßnahme (Qualifizierung) und Beratung konzipieren zu können, die gerade auf die Aktivierung der Planung und Aufnahme einer selbstständigen Tätigkeit zielt, wird hiermit eine Untersuchung vorgelegt, die einen ersten Einblick in Gründungsaktivitäten und -möglichkeiten Älterer gibt. Die Leitfrage lautete: Was zeichnet ältere Gründungspersonen im Unterschied zu jüngeren Gründerinnen und Gründern oder Jungunternehmerinnen und Jungunternehmern tatsächlich aus und welche Voraussetzungen bringen sie mit, um eine Existenzgründung zu wagen und erfolgreich zu bestehen? Dabei geht es vor allem um von der Arbeitsagentur geförderten Existenzgründungen. Die Untersuchung basiert zum einen auf einer Literaturrecherche zum Thema 'Neue Selbstständigkeit', zum anderen auf leitfadengestützten persönlichen Interviews mit Expertinnen und Experten im Tätigkeitsbereich der Existenzgründungsberatung vornehmlich aus der Region Emscher-Lippe." ],
