  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: \"Übergreifendes Ziel der Untersuchung 'Wohnungsnot und Obdachlosigkeit von Frauen in Nordrhein-Westfalen: Bedarfslagen, Hilfen und neue Wege' war, geschlechterdifferenzierte Daten zum Bedarf von und zu Angeboten für Frauen mit einer Wohnungsnotfallproblematik in NRW zu gewinnen, als Grundlagen von Empfehlungen für eine frauengerechte Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Wohnungsnotfallhilfe in NRW. Dazu wurden zum einen Daten zur Situation von Frauen mit einer Wohnungsnotfallproblematik und zu ihrem spezifischen Hilfebedarf erhoben. Zum anderen wurden Daten zu den Strukturen der kommunalen Wohnungsnotfallhilfe, ihren Zielen, Aufgaben und Handlungsfeldern ermittelt. Dabei galten als Wohnungsnotfall - nach der Definition des Deutschen Städtetages – aktuell von Wohnungslosigkeit betroffene und unmittelbar von Wohnungslosigkeit bedrohte Frauen und Frauen, die aus sonstigen Gründen in unzumutbaren Wohnverhältnissen leben." ],
