  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: Im Rahmen des 2013 gegründeten \"Regionalen Forums für verantwortungsvolles Wirtschaften im Bereich Lebensmittel\" wurde an der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg und der Fachhochschule Köln eine Befragung zum Bekanntheitsgrad und zur Glaubwürdigkeit der Labels für \"Fair Trade\" und \"Bio\" durchgeführt. Zudem wurde die generelle Einstellung zu sowie die Kaufbereitschaft für fair gehandelte Produkte erfragt. Die Resultate konnten unter verschiedenen Aspekten (Stellung im Beruf und Einkommenshöhe, Alterskategorien, Geschlecht) differenziert analysiert werden.
