  "abstract" : [ "ger: Der Übergangsbereich des nördlichen Rheinischen Schiefergebirges zur Niederrheinischen Bucht gilt zwar als geomorphologisch gut erforscht, dennoch fehlen Untersuchungen über Bedeutung und Ausmaß der gravitativen Hangbewegungen für die pleistozäne und holozäne Hangformung. An den steilen Talhängen des Rheins und seiner Nebentäler in der Umgebung von Bonn traten in den letzten Jahren häufig Rutschungen auf. Sie wurden unter anderem durch die starke Bautätigkeit ausgelöst und haben daher überwiegend anthropogene Ursachen. Doch auch aus historischer Zeit sind Rutschungen bekannt, die Siedlungen und Verkehrswege beschädigten oder zerstörten. Erste Literaturrecherchen, aber besonders erste Auswertungen von Archiven (z. B. Zeitungsarchive, Archiv des Geologischen Landesamtes NRW) sowie ingenieurgeologischer Gutachten brachten viele Hinweise auf Rutschereignisse zutage. Einzelnen sehr gut und aufwendig untersuchten Rutschungen stehen kaum bekannte Rutschgebiete gegenüber. Die bisher dokumentierten Rutschereignisse im Bonner Raum geben aber ein verzerrtes Bild der Rutschungstätigkeit wieder, da ausschließlich Rutschungen beschrieben und untersucht wurden, die durch massive anthropogene Eingriffe meist in bebauten Gebieten stattgefunden hatten und durch die ein finanzieller bzw. materieller Schaden entstand. Über Rutschungen in nicht bebauten Gebieten und unter Wald gibt es kaum Hinweise. Die wenigen beschriebenen historischen Rutschereignisse sind in der Regel durch bergbauliche Tätigkeit ausgelöst worden. Auch mangelnde Kenntnis der Rutschungsphänomene vor 1950 hat sicherlich zur geringen Anzahl dokumentierter älterer Rutschereignisse beigetragen. In den letzten Jahren führten die vorgeschriebene ingenieurgeologische Begutachtung und Betreuung von Bauprojekten zu vermehrten Dokumentationen und Hinweisen auf Rutschungen." ],
