  "abstract" : [ "ger: Für die Geographie ist die \"Arbeitsmarktforschung\" ein junges Forschungsgebiet, dessen Wurzeln im anglo-amerikanischen Sprachraum liegen. Im deutschsprachigen Raum wurde dieser Forschungsbereich bis in die 70er Jahre weitgehend vernachlässigt. In ihrer begrifft ichen Erfassung des \"Arbeitsmarktes\" weist die moderne Arbeitsmarktforschung wesentliche Unterschiede zu den Anfängen in den 70er Jahren auf. Der Arbeitsmarkt wird nicht mehr verstanden als ein \"Resultat der Angebots- und Nachfrageverhältnisse, sondern als ein FELD, auf dem stets ein Angebot und eine Nachfrage aufeinandertreffen, die in der Regel verschiedenartig sind\" (vgl. Mertens, S. 19). Einen eigenständigen Bereich dieses \"Feldes\", der eigenen Gesetzmäßigkeiten folgt, stellt der Teilarbeitsmarkt der Frauen dar. Das Herausarbeiten der Unterschiede regionaler Arbeitsmärkte, das Erkennen und Erklären von Strukturen und Prozessen im Raum und damit das Feststellen von Chancen und Risiken der Frauen auf regionalen Arbeitsmärkten macht Frauenerwerbstätigkeit zum Thema geographischer Forschung. Bei einer begrifflichen Erfassung als Aktionsfeld wird geographische Arbeitsmarktforschung zum Forschungsgebiet, das zwischen Wirtschafts-, Sozial- und Politischer Geographie anzusiedeln ist. Die vorliegende Arbeit soll sowohl empirisch als auch methodisch aufzeigen, daß eine Erforschung des Frauenarbeitsmarktes aus geographischer Sicht Aspekte aus allen drei o.g. Bereichen der Geographie berücksichtigen sollte." ],
