  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: Die vorliegende Studie untersucht den Einsatz von Informationstechnologien in präventiven kommunalen Hilfearrangements anhand von Fallbeispielen aus Präventionsprogrammen in NRW und auf der Grundlage einer literaturbasierten Auseinandersetzung. Ziel der Expertise ist es, die aktuelle sowie basierend auf aktuellen technologischen Entwicklungen auch die potenzielle Bedeutung von Informationstechnologien im Kontext vorbeugender Sozialpolitik herauszuarbeiten. IT erfüllt - so ein zentrales Ergebnis der Analyse - vier zentrale Funktionen: (a) die Steuerung von Hilfesystemen, (b) die Vernetzung von Akteur_innen, (c) die Unterstützung von Fallarbeit und (d) die Einbindung von Adressat_innen. Neue Technologien könnten insbesondere die Sozialplanung und die präventive Verhaltenssteuerung weitreichend verändern.
