Das Projekt „Selbstbestimmt Wohnen in NRW“ wurde vom Landesverband für Menschen mit Körper- und Mehrfachbehinderung NRW e.V. initiiert, um Menschen mit Behinderung und ihre Eltern in der Lebensphase des Auszugs zu begleiten und zu unterstützen.
