  "abstract" : [ "ger: Um die Eckpunkte einer neuen Bioökonomiestrategie NRW zielgruppengerecht zu formulieren, sollten im Rahmen dieser Studie lokale Potenziale und bioökonomische Initiativen auf Kreisebene identifiziert werden. Für einen flächendeckenden Überblick über die Bioökonomie-Landschaft in NRW und eine Ableitung lokaler Handlungsfelder für eine neue Bioökonomiestrategie, wurden in dieser Studie die relevante Verwaltungseinheiten in allen Kreisen und kreisfreien Städten sowie die angegliederten und übergeordneten Institutionen (Regionalentwicklung/Bezirksregierung, Wirtschaftsförderung, Industrie- und Handelskammern, Landwirtschaftskammern) in NRW adressiert. Den abgeleiteten Handlungsempfehlungen folgend, wurde im Rahmen dieses Projektes eine systematische Übersicht der Bioökonomie-Aktivität in NRW erstellt und die Erwartungen und Vorstellungen der relevanten Akteure an eine überarbeitete Bioökonomiestrategie in NRW erhoben, um thematische und/oder regionalisierte Ansätze und Bedürfnisse zu identifizieren und in einer überarbeiteten Strategie gezielt zu adressieren. Im Fokus dieser Studie stehen folgende Ziele: (1) die Identifikation und Darstellung bioökonomischer Visionen, Projekte und Cluster; (2) die Abbildung regionaler, bioökonomische Potenziale durch die Erfassung ungenutzte Stoffströme und Initiativen zur Schließung biobasierter Stoffkreisläufe; (3) die Erhebung priorisierter Maßnahme und Themen aus Sicht von Verwaltung, Agrarwirtschaft und Industrie." ],
