  "abstract" : [ "Die Schriftstellerin Annette von Droste-Hülshoff hatte eine markante, mikroskopisch kleine Handschrift und hat das Papier zudem sehr dicht beschrieben. Anhand von Entwurfsund Arbeitsmanuskripten sowie Reinschriften lässt sich die Entstehung ihrer Werke, die Textgenese, nachzeichnen. Die Manuskriptblätter sind dabei mehr als geschriebener Text: Es sind Textbilder. Neben der wissenschaftlichen Bedeutung haben sie eine ästhetische Dimension. ›DROSTE DIGITAL. Handschriften – Räume – Installationen‹ ist das Ausstellungsprojekt zu den digitalisierten Handschriften von Annettevon Droste-Hülshoff aus dem Meersburger Nachlass. Zum ersten Mal macht eine Ausstellung die digitalisierten Handschriften der großen deutschen Poetin zugänglich und damit den Kosmos ihrer außergewöhnlichenHandschriften erlebbar.Auf Burg Hülshoff, ihrem Geburtsort, entwickelten sich sechs Räume in einem Prozess künstlerischen Forschens – ausgehend von der Arbeit mit ausgewählten digitalisierten Handschriften – von ehemaligen Wohn- undAbstellräumen zu Installations- und Kunstorten.Die unter wissenschaftlichen und künstlerischen Prämissen kuratierte Ausstellung ist für ein breites Spektrum unterschiedlichster Besucher*innen zugänglich. Als Projekt von Burg Hülshoff – Center for Literature verfolgtdie Ausstellung das Anliegen, das historische Erbe Drostes zu aktualisieren und damit aus der Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart zu transportieren. Dieser Katalog versammelt die vielfältigen wissenschaftlichen und künstlerischen Perspektiven, die im Rahmen des Projektes ›DROSTE DIGITAL‹ auf die digitalisierten Handschriften geworfen werden." ],
