Ob dieses doppelte Ziel mit den vorgeschlagenen schulpolitischen Maßnahmen erreicht werden kann, werden die nächsten Jahre zeigen. \"Zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt können die vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen jedoch im Kontext empirischer Befunde der Schulforschung betrachtet und mit Blick auf ihre Zielführung... analysiert werden.
