  "abstract" : [ "Im Rahmen der Evaluation des NRW-Programms Ländlicher Raum 2014 bis 2022 wurde in Abstimmung mit dem Ministerium für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Landwirtschaft, Natur- und Verbraucherschutz (MKULNV) eine Untersuchung zur Insektenwirksamkeit der Agrarumweltmaßnahmen und des Ökolandbaus durchgeführt. Insekten spielen eine wichtige, wenn nicht sogar zentrale Rolle bei der Bereitstellung von Ökosystemleistungen und stellen einen erheblichen Anteil an der biologischen Vielfalt durch ihren Arten- und Individuenreichtum. Studien belegen jedoch einen erheblichen Rückgang der ober- und unterirdischen Artenvielfalt und der Insektenbiomasse. Als wesentliche Treiber für den Insektenrückgang wurden auf globaler Ebene Habitatverluste durch eine intensive landwirtschaftliche Nutzung und Verstädterung sowie Belastungen mit Pestiziden und Düngemitteln identifiziert. Außerdem spielen biologische Faktoren wie Krankheiten und invasive Arten sowie der Klimawandel eine Rolle. Der Agrarstruktur- und Landnutzungswandel kann auch für NRW anhand von (Agrar-)Statistiken nachvollzogen werden. Dazu zählen die Zunahme der Ackeranteile an den landwirtschaftlich genutzten Flächen (LF) bei gleichzeitiger Vergrößerung der Bewirtschaftungseinheiten, Rückgang des Gartenlandes und von Obstanlagen, Verlust von unbefestigten Feldwegen sowie Rückgang von Ackerwildkräutern. Gleichzeitig stagnierte über Jahre der Einsatz von Dünge- und Pflanzenschutzmitteln auf hohem Niveau. Die ungewollte Verbreitung dieser Betriebsmittel abseits der Zielflächen geht mit erheblichen Beeinträchtigungen von Insekten einher. Davon sind sowohl terrestrische als auch aquatische Insektenlebensräume betroffen, z. T. über erhebliche Distanzen. Gegenläufig zur Zunahme des Ackerlandes ist der Grünlandanteil an der LF bis 2015 stark zurückgegangen. Da im Grünland durch Pflanzenarten-, Blüten- und Strukturreichtum häufig eine bessere Habitateignung für Insekten als im Ackerland gegeben ist, war diese Entwicklung auch besonders nachteilig für Insektenlebensgemeinschaften..." ],
