  "abstract" : [ "Das hier beschriebene Projekt des Vereins Pro Lutter fußt auf der Zielsetzung, Bielefelds historisch wichtigstes Stadtgewässer, die Lutter (wasserwirtschaftlich genau: Weser-Lutter) im öffentlichen Raum wieder freizulegen. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Verrohrungsstrecke von etwa 2.500 Metern. Über das DBU-geförderte Projekt \"Durchführung eines umweltpädagogischen Planungslabors für Schüler zur Revitalisierung eines Fließgewässers im urbanen Raum\" gelang es, fünf große Innenstadtschulen für das Projekt zu gewinnen. Im Rahmen der Maßnahme gestalteten die Schüler unter fachlicher Anleitung wesentliche Praxisgrundlagen zur weiteren Lutteroffenlegung. Im Projekt hat Pro Lutter die Funktion des Projektveranlassers, der die gewässerokologische Grundidee und Planung entwickelt hat und der Bauherrin gegenüber vertritt. Gleichzeitig ist der Verein das Scharnier zu den Förderern, den Anwohnern, Verbänden und zur interessierten Öffentlichkeit. Methodisch bedeutet dies, Planungs- und Projektbesprechungen zu organisieren, vor Ort präsent und \"sichtbar\" zu sein und einen Weg zu finden, möglichst umfassend als Ansprechpartner zu fungieren und für die Klärung konkreter Fragen zu sorgen. Das Projekt gliedert sich einerseits in die Vor- bzw. Planungsphase, die eigentliche Bau- und Gestaltungsphase und die ersten Erfahrungen nach der Fertigstellung. In den einzelnen Phasen galt es, in unterschiedlicher Intensität den Austausch mit den Kooperationspartnern und der Anwohnerschaft zu organisieren." ],
