  "abstract" : [ "Das Projektgebiet liegt in NRW im südwestlichen Münsterland und Übergang zum nördlichen Ruhrgebiet. Im Rahmen eines 2019 abgeschlossenen DBU-Vorläuferprojektes wurde ein integriertes Maßnahmenkonzept unter Beteiligung der wasserwirtschaftlich relevanten Akteure im Raum Dorsten zu den Bereichen Trinkwassergewinnung, Landwirtschaft und Naturschutz erstellt, das nun konkretisiert und teilweise umgesetzt werden sollte. Die vielfältigen Nutzungsansprüche an das Grundwasser überschneiden sich und in Jahren mit Niederschlagsmangel fallen oberirdische Gewässer heute schon zeitweise trocken. Im Zusammenhang mit dem erwarteten fortschreitenden Klimawandel kann sich diese Situation noch verschärfen. Innerhalb des Projektes arbeiteten unterschiedliche Akteure zusammen an diesen Lösungen: Neben dem Projektleiter Lippeverband (als regionaler Wasserwirtschaftsverband für die Gewässerunterhaltung, Regulierung der Bergbaufolgen, Grundwasserbewirtschaftung und Abwasserbeseitigung zuständig) sind als unterstützende Partner die RWW Rheinisch-Westfälische Wasserwerksgesellschaft mbH (als regionaler Wasserversorger), der Landwirtschaftliche Kreisverband Recklinghausen und der Wasser- und Bodenverband Rhader Bach/Wienbach sowie die Landwirtschaftskammer NRW beteiligt. Als wissenschaftlich-technische Partner haben die Lippe Wassertechnik GmbH (Ingenieurdienstleistungen), die Universität Kassel mit dem Fachgebiet Agrartechnik und die Fachhochschule Ruhr-West mit dem Fachbereich Wirtschaft, Wasser- und Energieökonomik) am Projekt mitgewirkt. Weitere beteiligte Akteure wie Behörden, Landes- und Kommunalpolitik, Naturschutz und Bürger wurden zum Thema unterstützt, sensibilisiert und „mitgenommen“." ],
