  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: Stelmach-Jung (2022) hat in seiner Dissertation festgestellt, dass Lehrende in Pflegeschulen die Beziehung zu den Auszubildenden und die Interaktion mit ihnen besonders wichtig finden, um Unterrichtsstörungen zu vermeiden. Welche Strategien Pflegelehrende dazu einsetzen, hat er ebenfalls erfragt. Auf diesen Ergebnissen haben die Autor*innen im Rahmen des Seminars „Techniken beruflichen Handelns“ im 3. Semester des Masterstudiengangs \"Pflegepädagogik\" an der katho NRW aufgebaut. Sie haben 35 Lehrpersonen an Pflegeschulen und 5 Lehrpersonen an anderen Schultypen zu ihren Strategien bei der Klassenführung („Classroom-Management“) befragt. Die befragten Lehrkräfte setzten nicht nur Maßnahmen ein, die unmittelbar Unterrichtsstörungen verhindern sollen, wie etwa das Vereinbaren und Durchsetzen einer Klassenordnung.
