  "abstract" : [ "Mit der vorliegenden neunten Welle des Sportentwicklungsberichts für Deutschland (SEB) liegt die dritte Erhebung im Rahmen des „SEB 3.0” vor. Der „SEB 3.0” umfasst die Durchführung der siebten bis neunten Welle der Sportentwicklungsberichte. Wie in den ersten sechs Erhebungswellen liegt der methodische Kerngedanke in der Weiterentwicklung eines Sportvereinspanels. Seit der siebten Welle des Sportentwicklungsberichts für Deutschland wird die Organisationsbefragung der Sportvereine in Deutschland ergänzt um Befragungen verschiedener Personengruppen in den Vereinen. Auf diese Weise wird ein Mehrebenen-Paneldesign erzeugt und es gelingt vertieftes Argumentations- und Handlungswissen zu den Sportvereinen auf Bundes- und Länderebene zu gewinnen. In der vorliegenden neunten Welle wurden in diesem Zusammenhang neben den Vereinen auch TrainerInnen und ÜbungsleiterInnen sowie Vorstandsmitglieder befragt . Der vorliegende Bericht beinhaltet sowohl Auswertungen der Organisationsbefragung, d.h. der Sportvereine in Nordrhein-Westfalen (Kapitel 2), als auch eine Auswahl an Auswertungen der Personenbefragungen (Kapitel 3). Die Methode wird ausführlich in Kapitel 4 erläutert." ],
