Dennoch scheint es ihr schwerzufallen, ihre Professionalität so deutlich zu machen, dass sie von anderen Akteuren in diesem Feld unabhängig von konkreten Personen oder Organisationen uneingeschränkt anerkannt wird. Hierbei stellt sich die Frage danach, was Professionalität in diesem Kontext bedeutet oder bedeuten kann und welche Möglichkeiten die Profession Soziale Arbeit hat, eine solche zu erreichen. Diesen Fragen geht die hier vorliegende Veröffentlichung nach. Dazu wird zunächst der verwendete Professionalitätsbegriff expliziert und Soziale Arbeit im Allgemeinen und Soziale Arbeit in der ambulanten Suchthilfe im Besonderen in diesen Kontext eingeordnet. Danach werden Optionen zur Weiterentwicklung von Professionalität in diesem Zusammenhang zunächst allgemein und dann auf der Basis der Ergebnisse einer Untersuchung im Feld von Suchtberatungsstellen für das Feld der Sozialen Arbeit in der ambulanten Suchthilfe konkretisiert." ],
