  "abstract" : [ "Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt die Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Schulsozialindex für Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW). Ziel des Index ist es, die soziale Zusammensetzung von Schulen zu beschreiben, um eine gerechte Mittelzuweisung und gezielte Förderung von Schulen mit besonderen Herausforderungen zu ermöglichen. Der Index basiert auf amtlichen Schuldaten und Verwaltungsdaten zu Kinder- und Jugendarmut. Die Evaluierung des Index anhand nordrhein-westfälischer VERA-3- und VERA-8-Ergebnisse zeigt eine hohe Erklärungskraft für unterschiedliche Lernergebnisse an den Schulen.
