  "abstract" : [ "Eine zentrale Fördermaßnahme des ELER ist die Agrarinvestitionsförderung, bei der landwirtschaftliche Betriebe bei Erfüllung bestimmter Bedingungen einen Zuschuss zu Investitionen erhalten können. Zur Bewertung der Wirkungen der Maßnahme auf ihre Ziele führte das Thünen-Institut für Betriebswirtschaft Anfang 2018 bereits eine Befragung von ZWE der Bewilligungsjahre 2014 bis 2016 in den Bundesländern Schleswig-Holstein, Niedersachsen/Freie Hansestadt Bremen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Hessen durch. Aufgrund des relativ frühen Zeitpunktes konnte nur ein kleiner Teil der in der Förderperiode 2014 bis 2022 bewilligten Förderfälle in die Erhebung einbezogen werden. Um die Bewertung der Maßnahme auf eine breitere Datengrundlage zu stellen, wurden im Jahre 2024 auch noch die im Zeitraum 2017 bis 2022 bewilligten Fälle befragt. [...]" ],
