  "abstract" : [ "Zusammenfassung: Der botanische Naturschutz hat einen enormen Nachholbedarf im Hinblick auf vorliegende Zeitreihen von Populationsentwicklungen von Pflanzenarten und daraus abgeleiteten Aktionsplänen. Um diesen Missstand zu beheben und gleichzeitig neben den bundes und landesweit bedeutsamen Verantwortungsarten eine übertragbare Handlungsanleitung zum Erhalt regional bedeutsamer Arten zu erarbeiten, haben die Biologischen Stationen im Hochsauerlandkreis und im Kreis Soest (NRW) ein rund 7-jähriges Modellprojekt (2018-2024) durchgeführt. Zur Gewährleistung des effektiven Schutzes von Arten muss dieser auf der regionalen Ebene beginnen. Auf der Grundlage kreisweiter Bestandserfassungen, umfassender Literaturrecherche sowie Expertenbefragungen wurde daher eine priorisierte Liste regional bedeutsamer Arten für  den Projektraum erarbeitet. Neben der Geländearbeit (Kontrolle der Vorkommen mit Erfassung der Populationsgrößen und Gefährdungsursachen) wurden auch Erhaltungsmaßnahmen entwickelt und priorisiert. Dem Erhalt noch bestehender Vorkommen wird gegenüber einer Wiederansiedlung Priorität eingeräumt, denn die Reliktvorkommen sind das bestverfügbare Indiz für die grundsätzliche Eignung von Standort und genetischer Ausstattung der verbliebenen Pflanzen. Hierfür und für Stützungspflanzungen wurde deshalb auf das genetische Material der Reliktbestände bzw. nahe benachbarter Populationen zurückgegriffen. Um Ergebnisse dauerhaft nutzen zu können die Arbeit zu verstetigen, ist ein artspezifisches Monitoring auf der Grundlage einer GIS-gestützten Datenhaltung notwendig. Das vorliegende Lösungskonzept wird anhand von Umsetzungsbeispielen für einige ausgewählte Pflanzenarten verdeutlicht und kann auf andere Regionen übertragen werden" ],
