  "note" : [ "1965 wurde an den Kölner Werkschulen erstmalig in der Bundesrepublik eine Klasse für Künstlerische Fotografie eingerichtet. Es handelte sich um eine rein künstlerische Ausbildung, die sich weder mit den handwerklichen Techniken noch mit einer angewandten Fotografie befasste, die Fotoklasse war den Klassen der Malerei oder Bildhauerei gleichgestellt. Die freie und nicht festgelegte Arbeitsweise ermöglichte höchst unterschiedliche künstlerische Herangehensweisen und Konzepte und förderte einen erweiterten Umgang mit der Fotografie. FotoKlasseKoeln untersucht die Geschichte der Klasse, zeigt Arbeiten der Studierenden. Diese Seite wurde von ehemaligen Studierenden der Werkschulen konzipiert und umgesetzt, unterstützt vom Ministerium für Kultur und Wissenschaft des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen 2021." ],
