  "note" : [ "Das umfassende Versorgungskonzept des Wahnbachtalsperrenverbandes (WTV) sichert eine langfristige und qualitativ hochwertige Trinkwasserversorgung. Dabei wird Gewässer-, Arten- und Umweltschutz den Wasserschutzgebietsverordnungen entsprechend ein hoher Stellenwert eingeräumt. Dass die Lebensräume gerade an Gewässern eine große Artenvielfalt aufweisen, ist dem WTV ebenso bewusst, wie die Bedeutung für Mensch und Natur, Gewässer zu schaffen und zu erhalten, die nicht chemisch verunreinigt sind. Daher sieht der WTV es als selbstverständliche Pflicht an, durch ständige Umweltuntersuchungen rechtzeitige Gegenmaßnahmen nach Bedarf einleiten zu können, das Einzugsgebiet der Wahnbachtalsperre in Kooperation mit Landwirten und Einwohnern präventiv zu schützen, nachhaltige Aufbereitungsverfahren zu entwickeln und zu nutzen, die die hohe Trinkwasserqualität im Versorgungsgebiet sichern und gleichzeitig Nebenprodukte und Rückstände vermeiden. Das Wahnbachwasser bereits am Zulauf zur Talsperre zu reinigen, das Wasser vor mikrobieller Belastung zu schützen und das Algenwachstum (Eutrophierung) zu begrenzen." ],
