Felix, Theaterleiter im Kino am Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz, beobachtet, wie der Ton in der Stadt rauer wird - und erklärt, warum er dagegen aktiv vorgeht. Außerdem ordnet Verkehrs- und Sozialpsychologe Professor Dr. Rainer Banse von der Universität Bonn ein, was diese dauerhafte Belastung mit einer Stadtgesellschaft macht. Und wir fragen den Beueler Bezirksbürgermeister Marco Rudolph, was die Politik jetzt konkret tun kann und will. Im Update geht es um den aktuellen Stand bei der Nordbrücke und außerdem darum, dass der kostenlose ÖPNV in Bonn ausläuft und was sonst noch in Sachen Bus und Bahn ansteht." ],
