  "abstract" : [ "Am 20. Februar 2026 beginnt vor dem Landgericht Köln der Prozess gegen zwei damals 20-jährige Nachwuchsspieler des 1. FC Köln. Die Staatsanwaltschaft wirft ihnen verbotenes Kraftfahrzeugrennen mit Todesfolge sowie gefährlichen Eingriff in den Straßenverkehr vor. Beide räumen ein, deutlich zu schnell gefahren zu sein. Ein Rennen habe es nicht gegeben.In dieser zweiten Episode sprechen wir über den Prozess, der zehn Verhandlungstage dauert. Wir erklären, warum das Verfahren mehr als zwei Jahre nach dem Unfall beginnt - und welche Rolle das Unfallrekonstruktionsgutachten dabei spielt. Wir schauen auf das zentrale Beweismittel: ein Handyvideo aus dem Audi, das die letzten Sekunden vor dem Aufprall zeigt und das die Aussagen beider Angeklagter widerlegt. Und wir sprechen über die Erkenntnisse der Rechtspsychologin, die beide Angeklagten exploriert hat - über narzisstische Bewältigungsstrategien, fehlenden Zugang zu Emotionen und den Druck, dem beide ausgesetzt waren. Am 22. April 2026 fällt das Urteil. Der Richter stellt klar: Das war kein tragischer Unfall, sondern ein Verbrechen.
