  "abstract" : [ "ger: Die energetische Nutzung der Biomasse erlebt aufgrund hoher Preise für fossile Energieträger und aufgrund des Klimaschutzes eine Renaissance. Der verstärkte Einsatz von Biokraftstoffen auf europäischer und nationaler Ebene ist beschlossene Sache, und die entsprechenden Rahmenbedingungen ermöglichen den raschen Ausbau der Produktion. Von den untersuchten landwirtschaftlichen Rohstoffen ergibt sich hieraus aber nur für Raps eine zusätzliche Einkommensmöglichkeit für die Landwirtschaft in NRW. Aufgrund der Rahmenbedingungen ist nicht mit einem Bau einer großen BioEthanol-Anlage in NRW zu rechnen, womit die Verwertung von Zuckerrüben und Weizen in NRW nicht zum Tragen kommt. Aufgrund des Äquivalenzverfahrens ist allerdings doch ein Anbau von Ethanolweizen, v.a. im Rheinland, möglich. Schnellwachsende Baumarten und Miscanthus als Inputbiomasse für BTL-Kraftstoffe versprechen ebenfalls keine weitere Wertschöpfung für die Landwirtschaft in NRW. Das eigentliche Potenzial der Energiepflanzen in NRW liegt nicht in den Biokraftstoffen, sondern im Anbau von Nachwachsenden Rohstoffen für die Biogas-Nutzung. Hier kommt vor allem der Anbau von Energiemais zum Tragen. Grundsätzlich ist zwischen den dezentralen und den zentralen Ansätzen der Produktion von Biokraftstoffen zu unterscheiden. Die dezentralen Ansätze zeichnen sich durch höhere Produktionskosten aus, allerdings können Transportkosten und Handelsgewinne eingespart werden. Bei den zentralen Anlagen kommen die economies of scale in Verarbeitung und Handel zum Tragen (v.a. für BioEthanol und Biodiesel). Durch die zentralen Anlagen der Biokraftstoffe werden vor allem die Ziele der sicheren Energieversorgung und des Klimaschutzes bedient. Sie stellen große Absatzkanäle für landwirtschaftliche Produkte dar. Das Entwicklungspotenzial für den Ländlichen Raum besteht hier vor allem in den stabilen Erzeugerpreisen für die verwendeten ..." ],
