  "abstract" : [ "ger: Salmonella spp. führt zu hohen ökonomischen Verlusten bei der Produktion von Fleisch in indistriellen und traditionellen Zuchtsystemen. Im Gegensatz zu Routinemeßmethoden zur Kontrolle von Krankheiten (z.B. Impfungen, Antibiotika, höhere Hygienemaßnahmen) ist die Berücksichtigung der genetischen Resistenz ein neuerer Ansatz zur Verbesserung von Tiergesundheits Managementsystemen. Kürzlich wurden individuelle Kandidatengene, welche die natürliche Resistenz oder Anfälligkeit für eine Salmonella Erkrankung kontrollieren, identifiziert. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung konnte der signifikante Einfluss der Kandidatengene NRAMP1 und IFNγ auf die Antikörperlevel in kommerziellen Schlachtschweinen gezeigt werden. In der vorliegenden Studie wurde herausgefunden, dass der identifizierte SNP 532A/G in der Exonregion des NRAMP1 Gens zu einem Austausch der Aminosäuren von Valine178 zu Isoleucin178 führt. Eine Assoziationsanalyse ergab, dass Tiere mit dem Genotypen A/G am Genort NRAMP1 höhere Salmonella Antikörperlevel hatten als Tier mit den Genotyopen G/G oder A/A. Ein signifikanter Einfluss wurde ebenfalls für einen SNP 2048A/G im Intron des Gens IFNγ gefunden. Tiere mit dem Genotyp A/A hatten achtzehnmal bessere Werte des Antikörperlevel als Tiere mit dem Genotypen G/G. Bei der Untersuchung des Kandidatengens IL2 konnte keine Assoziation zwischen dem bestätigten SNP und dem Antikörperlevel nachgewiesen werden. Bei der Untersuchung der Expression der Gene in gesunden Tieren konnte festgestellt werden, dass NRAMP1 in der Milz, Lunge und den Leukozyten höher exprimiert war, IFNγ in der Lunge hoch exprimiert war und IL2 die höchste Expression in den Leukozyten zeigte. Insgesamt konnte die höchste Genexpression aller untersuchten Gene in den Leukozyten festgetsellt werden.
