  "abstract" : [ "ger: In der Dissertation „Werte und Werteerziehung - (K)ein Thema für Berufskollegs in NRW“ werden dreizehn Subjektive Theorien von Lehrkräften, Bildungsgangleitern und Schulleitern an Berufskollegs in NRW identifiziert, expliziert und analysiert. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, werden zunächst Wertansätze und Werterziehungsansätze näher betrachten. Im weiteren Verlauf wird in Anlehnung an das Forschungsprogramm „Subjektive Theorien“ das methodologische und methodische Vorgehen erläutert. In dieser Forschungsarbeit werden zunächst mit Hilfe von halbstandardisierten Interviews Inhalte zu Werten expliziert. In einem zweiten Schritt werden mit Hilfe eines Sturkturlegeverfahrens die Subjektiv Theoretischen Strukturen der befragten Lehrkräfte, Bildungsgangleiter und Schulleiter rekonstruiert. In der Ergebnisbeschreibung werden die Subjektiven Theorien anhand der Strukturleitbilder verstehend beschrieben. Abgerundet wird die Arbeit durch Desiderate und Handlungsempfehlungen für Berufskollegs.", "eng: Goal of the dissertation `Values and Value Education - an issue for vocational colleges in North Rhine-Westphalia is to identify, explore and analyse subjective theories by teachers and school principals at vocational colleges in North Rhine-Westphalia. In order to achieve this goal, the work takes a closer look at values and value education. Furthermore, the methodological design and methodical procedure based on the research program subjective theories. In a first step contents of values are exposed by semi standardized interviews. In a second step the subjective theoretical structures of the surveyed teachers and school principals are reconstructed with the help of a structure placement procedure.
