Kommunale Strategien dazu, wie schulische Inklusion über die gesamte Schullaufbahn hinweg vor Ort bzw. in der Region realisiert werden kann, werden überall in der Bundesrepublik gerade erst entwickelt. In vielen Kommunen stellen sich zurzeit dieselben Fragen, zum Beispiel: – Welche angemessenen Vorkehrungen für schulische Inklusion können und müssen die Schulen selbst entwickeln – und welche Ressourcen sind von Seiten der Schulträger zu erwarten? – Wie können Schulträger und Schulaufsicht in Prozessen der inklusiven Schulentwicklung zusammenarbeiten? – Braucht es für inklusive Klassen in jedem Fall eine Schulbegleitung, ein Zwei-Pädagogen-System und einen ‚Differenzierungsraum‘? – Sind die finanziellen Verpflichtungen bei der Schaffung angemessener Vorkehrungen für schulische Inklusion zwischen Bundesland und Kommune fair verteilt? In diesem Band wird dargestellt, welche Wege und Lösungen für schulische Inklusion sich in der Stadt Jena – in einem sich stetig transformierenden Netzwerk – herausgebildet haben. Das Beispiel Jenas zeigt, dass ein hoher Inklusionsanteil bei angemessener Qualität des Gemeinsamen Unterrichts kein Hexenwerk ist, sondern das Ergebnis einer intensiv vernetzten Arbeit der verschiedenen Akteure in der Kommune." ],
