  "abstract" : [ "Medienberichte haben Vorwürfe junger Menschen gegen Behandlungen des Bonner Kinder- und Jugendpsychiaters Michael Winterhoff öffentlich gemacht. Dies war Anlass, die Verantwortung des Jugendamtes Bonn für betroffene junge Menschen zu untersuchen. Vorgestellt werden zum einen Fallanalysen zur Wahrnehmung und zu Kontroversen dieser Verantwortung. Sie zeigen, wie sehr junge Menschen darauf angewiesen sind, in ihren Rechten auf Aufklärung über Chancen und Risiken medizinischer Behandlungen entschieden informiert und vertreten zu werden, und wovon es abhängt, ob dies konkret gelingen kann. Zum anderen werden in zwei Expertisen der aktuelle rechtliche Rahmen sowie fachliche Grundlagen der Kooperation in diesem ebenso traditionsreichen wie spannungsreichen Verhältnis von Medizin und Pädagogik ausgeleuchtet." ],
