  "biographicalOrHistoricalInformation" : [ "1872 konnte Gottlieb Traugott Bienert die von ihm 1852 gepachtete Hofmühle vom sächsischen Staat kaufen. 1882 nahm er seine beiden Söhne Erwin und Theodor als Teilhaber in das Geschäft auf. Nach seinem Tod führten die Söhne Theodor und Erwin die Bienertmühle in Plauen weiter und ließen u.a. 1913 die Hafenmühle am Alberthafen errichten. Bereits um 1900 gehörte zum Unternehmen eine Brotfabrik, die 1913 zu einer modernen Großbäckerei ausgebaut wurde. Bis zum Ersten Weltkrieg gehörte auch eine Ölmühle dazu, diese musste 1880 der Erweiterung der Hofmühle weichen. Nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus wurde sie in diesen integriert und zur Herstellung von Raps- und Leinöl genutzt. Größere Erweiterungen erfolgten nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg mit dem Bau des neuen Bahnspeichers mit Ladegleisen (1929) und eines weiteren Großspeichers 1938/39. Nach 1945 wurden die Bienertwerke in Volkseigentum überführt und nun als VEB Dresdner Mühlenwerke bezeichnet. Den Mahlbetrieb in Plauen stellte man wenig später ein, so dass die Mühle nun nur noch als Backwarenfabrik diente." ],
