  "abstract" : [ "Rassismus ist in öffentlichen Debatten um die Arbeitsmarktintegration von Geflüchteten nur selten Thema. In der Regel stehen Sprachkenntnisse, die Anerkennung von Qualifikationen, bürokratische Hürden oder Probleme, die sich aus dem Aufenthalts-status (z. B. einer Duldung) ergeben, im Mittelpunkt. Die Studie zeigt demgegenüber, dass auch Rassismus- und Diskriminierungserfahrungen im Alltag, in Behörden, in Berufsschulen und in Betrieben ein zentrales Arbeitsmarkthindernis für Geflüchtete darstellen. Um eine erfolgreiche Arbeitsmarkt-integration von Geflüchteten zu ermöglichen, so wird deutlich, muss Rassismus im Alltag, am Arbeitsplatz oder im Bewerbungsverfahren sichtbar gemacht, kritisiert und sanktioniert werden." ],
