  "note" : [ "Der Studienabbruch erweist sich als ein komplexer Prozeß, der von vielen hochschulinternen wie auch zunehmend externen Bedingungen beeinflußt wird. Trotz der Verflochtenheit verschiedenster Abbruchgründe und der jeweils ganz eigenen Verläufe bis zur Abbruchentscheidung lassen sich auf der Basis des hier verwendeten Datenmaterials bestimmte Abbrechergruppen relativ trennscharf voneinander unterscheiden. Die hohe Signifikanz einer Reihe von wesentlichen Gruppenmerkmalen erlaubt es, innerhalb dieser Gruppen typische Strukturen beim Studienabbruch zu kennzeichnen. Der Beitrag analysiert folgende Einzelgruppen von Studienabbrechern: - frühe/späte Studienabbrecher ohne berufliche Neuorientierung, - frühe/späte Studienabbrecher mit beruflicher Neuorientierung, - Studienabbrecher aus familiären Gründen, - Studienabbrecher wegen nicht bestandener Prüfungen, - Studienabbrecher aus finanziellen Gründen. Die Untersuchung stützt sich auf Daten aus den HIS-Studierenden Befragungen und aus der Hochschulstatistik. Die Veroeffentlichung enthaelt quantitative Daten. Forschungsmethode: empirisch; Befragung.
